安くて美味しい南アフリカワイン。南アでは100ランド未満で十分すぎるくらい美味しいワインが楽しめます。そんな南アワインの最新版トップ100ランキングが発表されました！

順を追って読みたい方はこのままどうぞ。まずは受賞の内訳から見ていきましょう！
赤ワインが全体の60%以上を独占しました。この中で、約半分はカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン、カベルネ・フラン、メルローを使ったボルドースタイルのワインです。
MCCはMethode Cap Classiqueの略。シャンパーニュ方式を参考に自主基準として制定したスパークリングワインの自主基準で、最低12ヵ月間瓶内二次発酵をしたものがMCCを名乗れます。

南アフリカワイン トップ100ランキング（2013年版）
100本並ぶと圧巻ですね。この中で例えばDornier Wines、Paul Cluver、Raka、Simonsingは日本でも手に入りやすいと思います。
ちなみに残念ながら今回はランクインしなかったのですが（エントリーしなかったのかも）、僕のオススメはBeaumont Winesというワイナリーです。初めて飲んだ時に、シュナン・ブランでこんなに美味しいワインがつくれるとは！と感動。その後ワイナリーを訪問して、に併設されている古いファームハウスに泊めてもらい、醸造所の見学もしてきました。この話はまたそのうち書きたいと思います。
